Every now and then, you crave a simple breakfast. For a light and quick vegan breakfast, we offer the Azalea Light Breakfast: cappuccino with oat milk and dipped ladyfingers.

Savoyards are a type of Italian biscuit often used as a base for desserts like tiramisu. It can be difficult to find vegan versions of these biscuits, but you can find them here every morning!

It's a great way to start the day with a delicious vegan breakfast before enjoying the mountains of Val di Fiemme!

SAVOIARDI VEG

biscotti vegani nel forno

Ingridients

180 g flour

40 g cornflour

40 g cornflour

20 g tapioca flour or rice flour

120 g icing sugar

60 g vegetable drink

60 g sunflower oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

6 g yeast

brown sugar for the topping


Procedure

Mix the dry ingredients first and then add the liquid ingredients.


Place the biscuits in an oblong shape on baking paper and bake at 170 °C for 15/20 minutes.
