BACI DI DAMA VEGAN
Ingridients
250 g flour
250 g peeled and roasted hazelnuts
200 g vegetable butter
200 g sugar
150 g dark chocolate
Procedure
Grind the hazelnuts in a blender.
Add flour, sugar and butter, form into a ball and let rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Form into balls and place on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Bake at 160° for about 20 minutes.
In a small saucepan melt the chocolate that we will put between the cookies to form the kiss.
